Please\nread over our amendments to our OOSH services Sign In & Out Policy. We will\nbe implementing this new process as of Wednesday 18th<\/sup> March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Policy\nModification, in response to COVID-19:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Our main focus is to keep our families informed as to any\nchange of practices and to be active in preventing the spread of COVID-19\nwithin Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Before School Care Arrival:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Parents\/guardians are to remain outside the OOSH room during\nmorning drop off. Please say your goodbyes to your child\/ren out the front of\nthe BSC room. <\/p>\n\n\n\n An educator will meet you at the entrance door and escort\nyour child into the service; placing their bag away, signing your child in on\nthe Sign In & Out register and then settle your child at an activity in the\nprogram or at the breakfast table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After School Care Departure:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Parent\/guardian will collect their child\/ren from the outside\nentrance of the ASC room. An educator will meet and greet you at the door. The\neducator will collect your child from the room, including their bag and any\nother additional belongings. The educator will escort your child\/ to you. An\neducator at OOSH, will sign your child out of the service on the Sign In &\nOut register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Continuous communication between the Centre and your family\nis available via, phone, email and Centre Blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Note: For most families, this modification to our arrival and departure policy, will assist you in getting to work and home quicker and your children won\u2019t notice any real change. However, if you have concerns that your child may not respond to this change in a positive way or your child is new to the service and responds positively to the current transition process, we are more then happy to support your child\u2019s wants and allow you to continue with our normal arrival and departure process.
