Next week is OOSH re-enrolment week (21/10/19 – 25/10/19).
Re-enrolment forms will be emailed to you Friday 18^th October.

How to Re-Enrol:

1. Friday 18^th October, all families will be emailed a Re-Enrolment Form
2. Families will be required to complete this form
3. Return your completed form to OOSH during the week of 21/10/19 – 25/10/19
4. Alternatively, re-enrolment forms will be available at OOSH (21/10/19 – 25/10/19). Please allow an additional 10 minutes one afternoon next week to complete the required form.

Please note: Monday 28^th October, enrolment places for 2020 will be open to the wider school community.

Every family must provide a completed re-enrolment form to secure your child’s 2020 booking at OOSH.
