Tuesday 21st July, After School Care is back! Arrival & Departure procedures remain the same as Term 2. The Scots College OOSH will return to providing meals, being breakfast and afternoon tea.
As a service, we have listened to our children, parents and educators’ feedback in relation to meals being provided at OOSH. Parents have expressed that they would like our centre to resume providing meals, whilst educators and our children have indicated that they have been enjoying the children bringing their own meals and found the routine to be more engaging and fun. Our decision on the new menu takes all parties feedback onboard.
OOSH will be providing a simplified menu, focusing on, ‘getting back to basics!’. The variety of food provided will be healthy and simple, comprising of an assortment of fresh fruit and vegetables, complimented with biscuits or a savoury option during After School Care. Our menu selection takes in to consideration all dietary/allergy and cultural requirements of children in our care.
We appreciate your feedback and understanding during these unprecedented times of COVID-19. We wish to take this opportunity to remind families that we are continuing to maintain strict health and hygiene practices to reduce the spread of infection within our centre and to keep all children, educators and families happy, safe and healthy!
