This week at Scots College, the children here extended their interest in Dinosaurs, and through the course of the week, the children engaged in reading up about dinosaurs, and engaging in play with Dinosaur puppets and toy figures.

We created a natural environment with rocks, sands and mountains and trees using our props. The Children enjoyed engaging actively together as they played with this display and engaged socially with one another whilst playing with the dinosaur display.

One of the children asked me if they could do an experiment outside, so we decided to get out the Dinosaur fossil kit and as a group the children all took part in looking for dinosaur bones and tooth.

they were thrilled when they finally got to open their discoveries.
