With this morning’s announcement, ‘the Greater Sydney lockdown has been extended until midnight Friday 16th July 2021’, this now means that home learning for Greater Sydney Schools is in place as of Tuesday 13th July, for a period of 4 days.
It has been confirmed at this stage, face to face learning will return on Monday 19th July, pending the COVID-19 cases in the following days. The NSW Government and the Department of Education have confirmed that schools will remain open for parents and carers who are essential workers.
Keyorris is working closely with all individual schools and will be following advice from the Department of Education and the NSW Government, in line with each schools COVID-19 practices, on how to support our local communities.
We will provide clear detail of how OOSH/BASC will be provided between Tuesday 13th to Friday 16th July, once all departments have provided us with clear instructions of operation processes. In the meantime, please start to consider your family and households OOSH requirements for the upcoming 4 day period.
Please note: Our Vacation Care programs are still in operation. We are happy to report, the children are having a lot of fun!
