OOSH at Home

Dear Families,

Today we launch our, ‘OOSH at Home program.’ This program is to provide a home version of an after school care program. We have provided a number of activities to appeal to all ages and interests. We hope you enjoy your afternoon with OOSH!

This afternoon we have a fun activity, that has a lot of benefits for children. Yoga for kids helps develop the right balance of muscle tone and strength throughout the body to support the joints.

Practicing yoga on a regular basis can help children

  • Manage their anxiety.
  • Improve children’s emotional regulation.
  • Boosts children’s self-esteem.
  • Increases children’s body awareness and mindfulness.
  • Enhances children’s concentration and memory.
  • Develops children’s strength and flexibility.
