As part of our continued learning of sustainability, we began to look at the different environments in which we live in, and one of the main interest that the children seemed particularly interested in was the sea, and learning about conserving our precious fish and coral in our oceans.
This week the children have been completing lovely coral reefs and fishes using materials such as paper plates, crape paper, and stencils of different coral reefs which the children coloured and cut out and paste them in their deep ocean cardboard paper and plates.
It was lovely to see all of the children get involved over the course of the week and having the experience out all week has allowed the children to extend and revisit the experience when they choose to.
