To ensure that we can provide a safe environment for children with medical conditions, it is vital that parents/guardians notify us upon enrolment or if it is a newly diagnosed conditions then they must notify the service in writing and provide relevant action plans that have been completed by GP.

Our Nominated Supervisors are required to complete a Risk Minimisation & Communication plan in consultation with parents/guardians to help ensure all steps are taken to protect and manage medical conditions.

If you child requires medication to be administered at the service, you must complete a medication authorisation form and your child’s medication must be in its original packaging, clearly labelled with the child’s name, prescribing doctors name, dosage, frequency and method of administration
