UN Conventions on the Rights of the Child

The UN Conventions on the Rights of the Child is one of the documents that underpins the foundations of OOSH. The ‘right’s are things that every child should have, or be able to do, acknowledging that all children have equal rights globally. In OOSH we use this document to consider the rights in terms of what is the best for children in a situation, and what is critical to life and protection from harm.
