From the 8th to the 15th of November we Celebrate the acknowledgement of first nations perople, “Always was, Always will be”.

Naidoc week 2020 acknowledges the enriching culture and vast history of our Indigenous Australian’s. The very first foot prints on our continent. This allows us to embrace the the true history and culture of this lovely nation Australia.

Here at Oosh we did our part to acknowledge Naidoc week by allowing the children to hear some lovely dream time stories, and listen to Indigenous music being played by Aboriginal Elders, playing the Didgeridoo as well as traditional Indigenous dances via the internet. The children also took part in various Art works reflecting lovely illustrations and representations of the Indigenous culture, they look lovely.
